I&#8217;ve never gone to school for culinary arts or design; everything I know has been self taught &#8211; through the internet, books, and of course TV shows like Ace of Cakes, Cake Boss, Amazing Wedding Cakes, Food Network Challenge, etc. I watch and learn! If I see something I like, I&#8217;m up for the challenge to figure it\u00a0out, test out new techniques and try to master them on my own.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing makes time fly by faster. Nothing brings me as much pride as when I see my designs come to life.\u00a0I absolutely love it!<\/p>\n<p>Special thanks to my sous chef, my best friend, and my soon-to-be hubby, Kyle!
