I work a full-time job in the retail industry but baking and cake decorating are my passion. I’ve never gone to school for culinary arts or design; everything I know has been self taught – through the internet, books, and of course TV shows like Ace of Cakes, Cake Boss, Amazing Wedding Cakes, Food Network Challenge, etc. I watch and learn! If I see something I like, I’m up for the challenge to figure it out, test out new techniques and try to master them on my own.

Nothing makes time fly by faster. Nothing brings me as much pride as when I see my designs come to life. I absolutely love it!

Special thanks to my sous chef, my best friend, and my soon-to-be hubby, Kyle! We design, bake, and build cakes together…oh, and he manages me and my chaos throughout the creative process 🙂 I couldn’t do it without your love and support!
