This was such a fun cake to make! This was a chocolate vegan cake made for Xavier for his 3rd birthday. He’s obsessed with all things trains, especially Thomas the Tank Engine, so I borrowed a few children’s books and did my research on Thomas & Friends and decided to make a train station scene. I found a special birthday edition Thomas train, which was a cute addition..to the cake and Xavier’s ever-growing train collection. It was adorable how he recognized every single figure/detail on the cake, even Sir Topham Hatt!
